Season 1 · Submissions are open

Anyone can build now.
The duel is distribution.

AI made shipping easy. Getting people to care is the hard part. Vibe Duel matches your app, site or tool against a similar one, and the winner is whoever brings more people.

🤖 AI-builtYes, we built Vibe Duel with AI too. Now comes the hard part. 😉

Why distribution

When everyone can ship, shipping isn’t the edge. Reach is.

01

Building got cheap

What took a team and a quarter now takes one person and a weekend. Thousands of good products launch every week.

02

Attention didn’t

Most of them die quietly. Not because they’re bad, but because nobody ever hears about them.

03

So that’s what we test

Every vote is a real person you got to show up. Posts, threads, newsletters, DMs, communities: your reach against theirs.

How it works

Build it. Match it. Get it out there.

01

Submit

List any live digital product: what it does, who it’s for and how much of it AI built. Three short steps. Good listings get found long after the tournament.

Now, until submissions close
02

Get matched

When submissions close, every category becomes a knockout bracket. You face a product that solves a similar problem.

Day 1 of the tournament
03

Distribute

Each duel runs for 24 hours. The product is already built; now it’s your reach against theirs. Whoever brings more voters moves on. Voting needs no sign-up.

One round at a time

Any channel goes. Posts, ads, newsletters, DMs, communities, word of mouth. The only rule: every vote is a real person, once per duel.

Win or lose

Everyone leaves with something.

There’s no prize money. What you get is worth more to a new product.

A listing that keeps working

A full page for your product, written to be found on Google and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and friends. It stays up after the tournament.

A link to your site

A followed link from a page about your product, one that keeps sending people your way.

Your distribution report

Where every vote came from, channel by channel. You’ll know what actually moves people before you spend on it.

A badge for your site

Contender, Finalist or Champion. Proof that real people showed up for what you built.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What can I submit?

Any digital product that’s live and usable: a web app, mobile app, browser extension, developer tool, API or template. Physical products aren’t part of Vibe Duel.

Does it have to be built with AI?

No. Built with AI or without, everyone is welcome. We only ask how much of it AI built (all, most, some or none), and show it on your listing.

Isn’t this just a popularity contest?

On purpose, yes. Getting real people to show up is the skill being tested. Paying people to vote, bots and fake accounts don’t count, and obvious cheating disqualifies the product.

Can I run ads or email my list?

Yes. Any channel goes: social media, messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger), DMs, email and newsletters, paid ads, SEO and your own website, communities and forums (Reddit, Discord, Slack groups), launch sites, blogs and podcasts, YouTube and influencers, events and meetups, your users, friends and family. What counts is that each vote is a real person voting once. Bots, vote farms and fake accounts get the product disqualified.

Does it cost anything?

No. Submitting and voting are free. There is no prize, only the title and the attention that comes with it.

Do voters need an account?

No. Voting is one click and a quick bot check. Each person votes once per duel, and votes from a single network are capped. Obvious cheating disqualifies the product.

How are opponents chosen?

By category. When submissions close, each category becomes a bracket and products that solve similar problems face each other.

You built it. Now get it seen.

Submissions are open now. The duels start the day they close.
